The analysis of the impact of Wind generation on the Transmission Network of Tunisia due to a generation expansion plan.
What we've done
The study produced by CESI defined the best location for the new wind farm from the network point of view. The most appropriate solutions for interconnecting these sources. The technical analyses, both static and dynamic calculations, have been performed in order to verify the impact on the system of a highly intermittent generation. Economic analyses have also been made. Finally, power quality calculations have been carried out.
