Client Challenge

The Client needed to develop a Project of Installation of the Market Operator in Algeria with the identification of market rules and procedures, the elaboration of the term of reference to realize the Market Operator and the definition of the Market Operator functional structure and required personnel skills.

What we've done

CESI has been mainly involved in the market rules and procedures elaboration. It took part in the Algerian market design especially on deviation management aspects and was then responsible for the capacity building activities towards the Algerian Experts.
