To develop the Egyptian power transmission system master plan that shall serve as the blueprint for the future expansion of Egyptian power system until 2030.
What we've done
The master plan would propose the development of the AC Egyptian network. The required site visits (future locations of substations or power plants) have been carried out during this phase. At first, the study presented the bottlenecks and weaknesses of the Egyptian Power system. Then, it proposed schedule and estimated costs for required reinforcements. Finally, a pre-feasibility of bulk transmission links has been carried out.
